We offer a full line of Koroseal Electrical Grade Matting in Insulating and Conductive versions, each in an array of configurations and performance levels. Koroseal Switchboard (insulative) Matting products are manufactured, tested and certified to the most rigorous industrial and military standards.

-INSULATIVE-

     ASTM Corrugated Switchboard- This Corrugated Koroseal Switchboard Matting conforms to OSHA requirements for  electrical protective devices and is tested to ASTMD-178 requirements. Every roll is proof tested at the specific voltage over the entire surface. Dielectric test strength exceeds specification requirements for additional safety margin. Our switchboard matting also meets the optional requirements cited by ASTM for flame resistant, ozone and oil resistance.

Deckplate Switchboard- This insulating Koroseal Deckplate Switchboard Matting is tested to he requirements of Mil-Dtl-15562G Type III. The matting displays an attractive diamond deckplate surface and is manufactured from exclusive Koroseal compounds.There are many industrial and commercial applications that take advantage of the characteristics unique to this specification which include testing requirements for performance following exposure to sulphuric adid, oxygen bomb aging and ultraviolet light exposure.

Smooth Top Switchboard-MIL Spec This insulating Smooth Top Switchboard Matting is tested to the requirements of

MIL-DTL-15562G Type II. This Koroseal matting displays a smooth top surface with a knurled back finish to provide  for a measure of skid resistance.

-CONDUCTIVE-

Koroseal Conductive Matting is available in three surface configurations: Corrugated, Deckplate and Smooth.

Corrugated Conductive matting should always be used with ground cord securely connected through the matting. Conductive Matting offers a uniquely engineered conductive system that provides permanent conductivity over the entire matting work surface. The surface resistivity of this product is measured at 10 ohms in accordance with Test Standard ESD-S7.1 1994.

Conductive Deckplate matting offers a uniquely engineered conductive system that provides permanent conductivity over the entire matting work surface.
