Our EVA foam is a lightweight, durable, and resilient closed-cell sheeting material. EVA is the acronym for closed-cell ethylene-vinyl-acetate copolymer foam. Canal Rubber Supply stocks EXTRA LARGE 37″ x 74″ size sheets in 5 different thickness options. Stock thicknesses are 2mm(3/32”), 4mm (5/32”), 6mm (¼”), 12.5mm (½”), and 25mm (1”). This versatile material is commonly used in industrial and arts and crafts applications. EXTRA LARGE 37″ x 74″ size sheets are ideal for Carneval, and Cosplay, (a portmanteau of Costume Play). This closed-cell EVA is non-toxic and water-resistant. Our EVA exhibits uniform, consistent color throughout. Also noted for its sound and shock absorption qualities, our EVA sheets’ inherent flexibility makes for easy molding and has a uniform, smooth textured finish. Sheets conform to ASTM F 963-08 specifications. Works well with polyurethane rubber cement, cyanoacrylate-based adhesives, craft glues, contact adhesives, etc.
